Patient Survey

Patients and stakeholders are invited to complete a survey on their views of the services currently provided.

The survey can be accessed online through clicking on the this link: https://feedback.camdenccg.nhs.uk/north-central-london/gp-services-barnsbury-medical-practice/

Paper copies of the survey are also available in the practice. The survey will be open until 30th August 2023.
