At Barnbury Medical Practice, we believe in putting our patients at the heart of everything we do. That’s why we’re excited to invite you to be part of our Patient Participation Group (PPG). Our PPG is a platform where patients and practice staff come together to collaborate, share ideas, and work towards enhancing our services and patient experience.

How to join the PPG?

Getting involved in our PPG is easy:

Barnsbury Medical Practice meets a few times a year and it is run by volunteer patients and our practice management team to help strengthen between the practice and you

  1. If you would like to join your PPG: speak to the reception team today, or email us at[email protected]
  2. Attend PPG meetings (in person or virtually) to engage in discussions and share your perspectives.
  3. Contribute ideas and feedback even if you can’t attend meetings – your input matters.
  4. Make a difference by being part of a team dedicated to enhancing healthcare for everyone.

Why get involved?

  • Contribute your thoughts, suggestions, and ideas to enhance our services.
  • Take part in conversations about healthcare initiatives and policies.
  • Shape the decisions that impact your care and overall experience.
  • Collaborate with other patients and practice staff to create positive change.

By joining, patients will:

  • Have the chance to propose improvements and address concerns that can prompt action.
  • Gain a clearer understanding of how Barnsbury Medical Practice functions.

In turn, the Practice will:

  • Establish improved communication with patients.
  • Foster the potential for a respectful and mutually beneficial relationship.

Discussing personal or individual healthcare issues

Not valuing other members contribution and viewpoints
